Exclusive, patented Holland System with its drip pan enhances the flavor and prevents flare-up. The drippings hit the drip pan and sizzle causing the smoke to rise up and flavor your food. The excess grease drains out to the drip bucket on the under side of the grill.

The Heritage Holland Grill is fabricated from Hi-Tech, Aluminized Metal for long life.
No lava rocks or briquettes are necessary for heat distribution. Our exclusive drip pan removes the grease from the grill automatically, so there are no hot spots, which can cause flare-ups.
Simply close drain valve, add water to the drip pan, and the Holland Grill becomes a steamer. Add wood chips to the Smoke tray, and it's a smoker.
The side boards are made of high-density polyethylene, a material approved for direct food contact.
